Manual for programming Acoustic Instrument Patches

Unread postby javelin276 » Tue Dec 13, 2016 6:51 pm

Hi Guys,
I've been programming my FS1R and writing a manual on how to program an instrument patch from scratch to match a real instrument recording. The manual covers the basics of FM algorithms using 4/6-Operators, how to get modulation set up to target the correct harmonics and how to analyze and match a recording with FM, using 8 Operator FS1R/FM-X wave forms, and there is a final section on the use of Formants. The manual is loaded with examples and has dozens of patch examples in the Appendix to work from. You can download the manual from my website at http://www.JavelinArt.com.
Happy Holidays!

I've figured out what it takes to make life-like voice patches on the FS1R, here is a jazz song using a Christina Aguilera voice patch on the FS1R.
