Hi

Unread postby hypercarrots » Thu Jan 12, 2017 11:12 am

Hi I just joined the forum. I play bass and guitar, mostly bass. I started playing both 24 years ago.

As far as my Yamaha equipment, I've had a BB1200s for about 8 years now. I just recently found a SA70 after wanting one for years. That led me to look for a matching SA50 which is proving tough so instead I got an SA30. I also have a BB300 but it doesn't sound as good as my BB1200s or fender P so I'll have to sell that soon.

I'm looking for a BB1200 and SC1200 and hopefully that will be it for a while...

here are all my guitars as of a couple years ago. i have added a few more since

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

We seem to be having a lot of Bass players join just recently so your in good company here.

I have not played bass myself for many years but it is something I consider getting into from time to time. At the moment though I'm limited on space so if I do go down that road it will need to wait until we move somewhere much larger...I know if I buy one it won't stop there ;)

Anyway glad you found your way here. Head over to the string section. Will see you there!

Welcome to the Yamaha Forums. :D

You've already been very active, which is brilliant.

Join or start any topic, the string section always welcomes active members. ((i))

Non Yamahas are debated freely here, as well.

Best Regards
Peter

pesche, make an alert for ebay. do lots of google searches for yamaha guitar, yamaha bass, etc. some people don't get detailed when they list old instruments for sale and you may get lucky. join talkbass forum and watch the classifieds. etc etc yada.
